About Think360°

Your business is working.
Just not as well as it should be.

I'm Juanita - I find and fix the everyday friction costing small business owners sales, time and headspace.

For thirty years, I've been the one who makes people, process and technology actually work together - not just on paper.

Juanita Carrington

Most business advice starts with more marketing, more tools, or more hustle. I start somewhere else - with where things are actually stalling. The enquiry that goes cold. The task you redo every single week. The question only you know the answer to.

That's friction. It's rarely dramatic, which is exactly why it gets left alone - and exactly why it's usually the thing quietly costing you the most. You just know there has to be a better way.

My background sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology - for thirty years, I've worked as a technology facilitator and understanding your tech has become my superpower. I've spent my career helping people actually use the systems in front of them, not just install them: roles in process and change management and internal communications, including inside nbn Australia and John Holland, translating complex technology into guidance real people could follow, across large teams and tough environments. I brought that same skill somewhere smaller and more personal - the businesses in my own community. I'm also a Master Practitioner in NLP and Hypnotherapist, which shapes how I listen and how I help people talk through what's actually going on, not just what they think they're supposed to say.

I work with trades, food service, hospitality and creative businesses that are established, capable, and have hit a ceiling that more effort alone won't fix. My job isn't to sell you a solution. It's to help you see clearly what's actually in the way and what's worth fixing first.

Signs you might recognise

A few of the things I find, again and again

Marketing that isn't converting

The posts go out, the enquiries trickle in - but something between "interested" and "booked" isn't working, and it's rarely just the marketing itself.

A sales process that leaks people

Someone shows real interest, then goes quiet. Not because they changed their mind - because nobody followed up at the right moment.

A customer journey nobody's mapped

From first contact to paid and delivered, there's a path every customer takes - but if you've never looked at it end to end, there's almost always a gap you can't see from inside it.

The five places friction hides

This is the lens I bring to every business I work with

Sales flow

You may not need more marketing. You may need fewer missed opportunities across your business pipeline - from first enquiry to signed, started and delivered.

Customer clarity

Clear information makes your business easier to buy from.

Time leaks

The task you repeat every week is probably asking to be simplified, automated or replaced altogether.

Owner dependency

If the business only works because you remember everything, the system is you.

What to fix first

You do not need to fix everything. You need to fix the friction that matters most.

How we work together

Three ways in, depending on where you're at

Friction Audit
A focused session to find where your business is losing sales, time or headspace and a written report on what to fix first.
Implementation Sprint
Once we know what matters most, we build it - the systems, templates or automations that remove the friction for good.
Ongoing support
For businesses that want a steady hand keeping things running clearly as they grow.

Friction-Free Academy

Courses and digital products, for when you want to fix things yourself first

Not every business is ready for a one-on-one session - and not every fix needs one. If you'd rather learn the systems and skills yourself, at your own pace that's exactly what the Friction-Free Academy is for.
